If you have sent a product into the Nikon UK service department, you can check here for details of the status of the repair. To log-in simply enter the request ID and customer numbers that are printed on your service paperwork, or sent by e-mail.

From here you will be able to check the status, view a PDF of your estimate (if applicable), or accept or decline the repair estimate. Once repaired, you can also use the site to pay the invoice by credit card and to view details relating to its despatch and delivery.
